As we all navigate the challenges of coronavirus (COVID-19), Miller Energy is here to support our customers and we remain open for business. Please know that the safety and health of our employees, our customers and our communities is and has always been paramount. As of Tuesday March 17th, We have transitioned a majority of our technical sales and customer service / support staff to work remotely. These resources remain available to assist our customers via phone, fax, email, text message, tele-conference, and video-conference as usual. Our office phones operate on a Cloud based VOIP platform that provides seamless connectivity to our remote workforce. Similarly, our business systems support remote access so that we can provide our customers the information they need.
We are maintaining a limited staff in our South Plainfield NJ, Exton PA, and Cleveland Ohio office to support critical functions including shipping/receiving, accounting, and IT. While our offices are open, we have implemented the following policies / restrictions.
