We have restricted visitor access to our physical locations
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing our facilities and workspaces
We have located touchless hand sanitizing stations at the entrances of our facilities
We will post signage and promote social distancing (6 feet minimum)
Employees will be provided with PPE including face coverings as required
Employees will self-monitor for sickness and symptoms on a daily basis
All symptoms and illnesses will be reported immediately to management
Under no circumstances will an employee report to work after displaying symptoms or illness of any kind
We will limit in person meetings or gathers and utilize technology (video conference and virtual) where possible
For our Customers:
Our employees will comply with site safety guidelines and requirements including social distancing, PPE including face coverings, safety glasses, and gloves.
We will honor a 6 foot social distancing policy when working with your teams
We will complete daily health self-certifications for our safety and yours
Under no circumstances will we visit your facility after displaying symptoms or illness of any kind
We will adhere to hand hygiene and sanitation requirements per CDC guidelines

As we all navigate the challenges of coronavirus (COVID-19), Miller Energy is here to support our customers and we remain open for business. Please know that the safety and health of our employees, our customers and our communities is and has always been paramount. We are closely monitoring the situation and are adapting our policies based on the most current guidance from the CDC, WHO, State and Local Authorities. As of Tuesday March 17th, We have transitioned a majority of our technical sales and customer service / support staff to work remotely. These resources remain available to assist our customers via phone, fax, email, text message, tele-conference, and video-conference as usual. Our office phones operate on a Cloud based VOIP platform that provides seamless connectivity to our remote workforce. Similarly, our business systems support remote access so that we can provide our customers the information they need.
We are maintaining a limited staff in our South Plainfield NJ, Exton PA, and Cleveland Ohio office to support critical functions including shipping/receiving, accounting, and IT. While our offices are open, we have implemented the following policies / restrictions.
