COVID-19 Update and Mitigation Plan

As we all navigate the challenges of coronavirus (COVID-19), Miller Energy is here to support our customers and we remain open for business. Please know that the safety and health of our employees, our customers and our communities is and has always been paramount. We are closely monitoring the situation and are adapting our policies based on the most current guidance from the CDC, WHO, State and Local Authorities. As of Tuesday March 17th, We have transitioned a majority of our technical sales and customer service / support staff to work remotely. These resources remain available to assist our customers via phone, fax, email, text message, tele-conference, and video-conference as usual. Our office phones operate on a Cloud based VOIP platform that provides seamless connectivity to our remote workforce. Similarly, our business systems support remote access so that we can provide our customers the information they need.

We are maintaining a limited staff in our South Plainfield NJ, Exton PA, and Cleveland Ohio office to support critical functions including shipping/receiving, accounting, and IT. While our offices are open, we have implemented the following policies / restrictions.

  • Restricting visitor access to all office locations
  • Increased frequency of cleaning and sanitizing of office facilities and work spaces
  • Promoting social distancing and regular hand washing and sanitizing
  • Leveraging technology where possible to replace in-person meetings and sales calls.

Miller Energy is committed to providing a higher level of service especially during these uncertain times. We are leveraging technology and the business tools we already have in place to continue supporting our customers, industries and communities.
